A Vibrant Fall
I’ve been working on an idea I had a few months ago to press into some seasonal themes and build a bundle of inspirational content. I find myself needing that little boost of creativity when it comes to shifting my lifestyle to reflect the changing seasons. In the past several weeks, I have been working on a project called Vibrance: A Seasonal Digest. It is a collaborative effort with one of my sisters, Ellie, who is a holistic nutritionist and has provided seasonally inspired recipes (hint: think cinnamon and root vegetables).
For fall the theme is “Finding routine: Root down to Rise Up”. Many of us are still finding our balance after a summer of less predictable schedules, with perhaps some summer travel thrown in. I wanted to offer support as we engage in the effort to find our solid footing in routine- but one that is elevated and leaves room for Beauty and creativity to thrive.
Vibrance is a resource that will take you on a 14 day journey, parcelled out week by week with your recipes (with recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks each week) as well as your weekly workouts to help you find your solid footing in this season. It would be an honor to walk beside you and hopefully encourage a few of those little shifts that can make all the difference.
