Final count down!!! Can’t believe it and SO excited for you! I need the date and time of your race so I can cheer you on from the sidelines (really far sidelines on the West coast- but still!!). YAY, Kate!
I’ll input the 45 min flow video from this week here- doing some stretches as well

Great work, Kate- hope that calf is feeling better this week! So great to add in a little swimming too. Here it goes! Barrelling down to the finish line!!

Kate! Thinking in terms of that tight calf- let’s keep up the stretching and the 45 min flow instead of 60 mins. Keep up the amazing work- 3 weeks to go! xx

Kate- hope you’re feeling better this week- let me know if we need to adjust and add a little more gentle flow to the routine this week if needed.
Don’t forget the IT band stretches- I have added the IT band stretching video to the lineup on Wednesday but would love it if you can do it every day.
