Week 9

Final count down!!! Can’t believe it and SO excited for you! I need the date and time of your race so I can cheer you on from the sidelines (really far sidelines on the West coast- but still!!). YAY, Kate!

 

Monday: 10 min abs

Tuesday: 30 min w weights

Wednesday stretch video

Thursday: 20 mins abs and stretch

week 8

Great work, Kate- hope that calf is feeling better this week! So great to add in a little swimming too. Here it goes! Barrelling down to the finish line!!

 

Monday: 10 min abs

Tuesday- 30 min weights

Wednesday- abs (skip if needed)- but some good stretching- ignore bad video angles!

Thursday 20 min abs and stretch

Sunday- 45 min flow

 

week 7

Kate! Thinking in terms of that tight calf- let’s keep up the stretching and the 45 min flow instead of 60 mins. Keep up the amazing work- 3 weeks to go! xx

Kate- hope you’re feeling better this week- let me know if we need to adjust and add a little more gentle flow to the routine this week if needed.
