Your Instructor

Meet AnN

I’m a Basi Pilates certified instructor and come from a background of competitive athletics and a life-long love of movement. Pilates found me after a rocky recovery from an injury, offering me a unique path to healing that focused on correcting imbalances in my body. After working through the process of training and recovery, I was hooked and found myself with a whole new understanding of true fitness - a broadened understanding that doesn’t involve pounding cardio every day.

Equipped with a Body Arts and Science International 500 hour Pilates Certification, I not only incorporate my comprehensive knowledge of Pilates movements, but I also bring in a sense of creativity, adventure, and expansion.

I crave a challenge, and Pilates offers the intrigue of a “vanishing horizon” - the stronger you become, the more there is to learn and grow in the practice. I’m always on a quest to find and push my edge, and I incorporate this element into each of my classes. I encourage you to expand your mindset as your body grows stronger.
